40 Weird and Playful logos – A Double treat!!

My consistent passion for creative logos tempts me to compile and post brilliant logo designs for you all to enjoy. Like always, top logo design galleries welcomed me with exceptionally unique logos but I wanted to post them under exclusive titles.

Therefore, today I have two interesting categories with 20 logos each: Playful Logos and Weird Logos.

Weird Logos: Please don’t get me wrong …weird logos here don’t refer to any unsuccessful or strange logos. In fact these are the logos with exclusive concepts, making them most memorable and unique among others. After all, we do crazy things to look different…don’t we ;)

Playful logos: You all will be in love with the intelligence of these logos I showcase here. We all know, words deliver the message effectively but these logos brilliantly portray action to grasp potential clients.  You will be amazed to see how cleverly graphic designers’ can toy with the letters of logos…let’s have a look.

I am sure the creative concepts of these logos must have glued your eyes….simple but extraordinarilysmart. However, I will like to know which of these logo designs appealed you the most and which category logos you enjoyed the most?

I like “Lad YY” and “Pipes” logo. They may appeared weird but I can read the message behind those logos ;)

Great logos! However, I think you made a mistake on the Unplugg logo. It should be “Unplugged”. If you look closely, the plug also doubles as the letters ‘ed’ to form the word unplugged. The ‘e’ is formed from the negative space between the ‘g’ and the ‘d’.

I love the simplicity of Join and Drop. The Ouch logo reminds me of the Sprite character from the late 80s/early 90s

These where cool! I was really drawn to the Cat, Killed, Question and Pause logos. I think they are all creative and unique it their own way though! Wow the things designers can come up with never ceases to amaze me! :)

These logos all look good isolated in there perfectly square boxes. But i wonder how well they would work in the banner of a website or top of some stationery the difficult thing about logos is that they have to hold there own im not sure that all of these could. Great collection though!

Most of these logo designs were very well done, some of them were even brilliant. I do wonder how some of them would look outside of perfect square boxes though. Logo designs should be able to stand out wherever they are if they were designed well. Still all and all I feel these were some great examples of logo design.

These are all wonderful and great inspiration. I especially love the “Bison” logo.. the way the instruments come together is so unexpected. However the DJ LOOP logo, I feel, is the same logo I’ve seen hundreds of time in slightly different permutations. Other than that, great post!

Pause is very original, smart, yet, I found it WAY risky. It can easily be read like PAIISE.

WOW! I am an aspiring graphic designer/logo creator and I really loved these. The ones that stood out to me were the life uncommon, question, sink, and the photography company one. These are really great and showed amazing talent! I would just like to ask how long it took you to put all of these together and what computer program did you use if you did them? thanks so much!
