The FIFA World Cup 2010 is at full stretch as nearly half of the group stage matches have already taken place. As a graphic designer and a football fanatic myself, I decided to collect the most spectacular graphic design related material created especially for the World Cup. Today’s compilation includes the official posters of FIFA World Cup, the supporting posters of playing teams and a highly graphic World Cup calendar. Each of these promotional materials is a treat to watch and serves as a great source of inspiration for graphic designers. So…enough thinking about how to tackle difficult clients, it’s time to enjoy the vibrancy and extravagance of the FIFA World Cup 2010. |

Football 3D technology: |
|
For the first time in history, FIFA is broadcasting football in 3D. Sony, an official FIFA Partner will deliver 3D images from up to 25 matches of the World Cup. This revolutionary concept allows viewers watching the matches on Sony’s 3D products to experience the sheer intimacy and precision of the action as if they were actually on the pitch. |

I love the first poster and the team posters. Those illustrations are amazing! I usually don’t follow soccer, so for me the team posters are better than the actual game.
Thanks for posting these!
