I think only the ones that have a large difference between followers and following should count. Someone who has 40k followers and is following 39k means nothing.

Nice collection! I’m following most of them already, but found a few gems in there as well.

Have to say that I don’t necessarily agree that they’re all worth following. They may have lots of followers, but I like to follow people who are willing to interact with their followers too.

While the list does have some great designers, it is not accurate to say designers with massive following… The reason for their following is not because they are great. It is because they are following almost the same amount of people.

Now Smashingmagazine has a following that one can respect. Chris Spooner’s following is respectable.

But guys who are following 100,000 to get 101,000 followers are whoring themselves in my opinion.
