The design is okay, its just that the red splatter makes a blood like effect, which is disturbing considering the focus of the design is a small child. Perhaps change the color to purple or orange or pink? And the topography of the “Born2BeMe” could use some work, perhaps change it to a less bold font. Finally the bird needs a wee bit more detail. If you want a rebel feeling what would be cool is a pink undetailed, simple mohawk from the baby’s head.
Just my opinion.
