Being a Female, What is your Clothing Style?

After the historic presidential inauguration of Barack Obama, I wanted to take some of your time to point out the great work being done expressing our love and honor for the new president. Therefore, I decided to compile all the great designs which have been supporting Mr. Obama since the day he was nominated for the 44th Presidential Elections.

Here are few designs which can’t be forgotten and witness that we have done something remarkable, both for politics and design. Congratulations to all those who got up and voted for what they believed in.

Good collection of work. I like that you added the alleyway piece from Denver.

I think this shirt should have made the list.

Some of these I’ve seen; others are new to me. Here’s hoping Obama can affect the country and help solve our crises as well as he’s inspired such fine graphic art.

I figured maybe you’d be interested in an artist I am featuring on my site. He’s an amazing sculptor/painter who uses modern US coins as his medium. His latest work is a portrait of Barack Obama made up of pennies and nickles.

While I don’t agree with his ideas with regards to policy, it is undeniable the support of President Obama is unprecedented. I believe the image Obama by David Choe best portrays the thoughts and feelings of his supporters.

So, if I didn’t vote for Obama - I didn’t vote for what I believed in?

While some these images are indeed great, most lack any substance. They exist only to get the attention of today’s ADD voter that’s more interested in a cool image (see Che) or a bumper sticker slogan than to have any real understanding of the issues.

Strong images work. The Nazi’s understood this. The Soviet Union understood this. And Obama supporters understand this.

    Just one guy’s opinion.

  1. C On February 4th, 2009 at 6:25 pm

Grofe, it’s all fine and well saying you voted for what you believed in. So did I. I’ll not insult you if you don’t insult me, okay? Nazis, Soviet Union, Obama supporters all lumped together so cleverly in your comment; portraying us as “today’s ADD voter” … without real understanding of the issues … could you possibly be any more condescending?

    Just one 50-year-old woman’s opinion.

Hello. Super graphic. Thanks you. :)

  1. Christine On February 26th, 2009 at 12:18 am

I love the work, artistically. Politically, he didn’t do anything yet! I just hope he lives up to the hype. If he screws up, it’ll make all this sweet work sour.
